Before this new law went into effect, always thought anyone who wanted...


...to blast their stereo, they should be required to keep their windows up.

Speaking of loud music, I guess if you blast your home stereo you can expect police will arrive when responding to a noise complaint, but if you decide to have a yard party and blast your car stereo in your driveway, the police must allow that because now they cannot do anything about it.
